🗒️ A few reminders you need to know before booking.

Message us for pet approval before Instant booking. If your pet is not approved, you will be responsible for immediate cancellation or we are happy to host you without a pet.

🐕 A picture of the pet, size, age, and breed is required for approval. No cats. Dogs over 1 year and under 25 pounds qualify.

Please note all guests must provide a copy of their driver's license or ID upon booking, names and ages of all guests that will be at the townhome during the stay and sign the rental agreement.

Please review the rental agreement and rules that are posted in the House Rules section of this listing before booking.

Guests must be 25 to book. No 3rd party booking allowed

We do not allow one, 25-year-old to for a group of guests that are all under 25.

Guest are required to sign the rental agreement electronically after booking, provide the names and ages of all applicants, and provide a screenshot of their ID/ drivers license.

Guest will have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage, and 2 locked owners closets.

The community pool and pier is only accessible for residents but guests can use the Jamaica Beach community pool from Memorial day to Labor Day.
