Booking. If you fail to provide these details or have over 6 adults you

will be responsible for cancellation.

We

love our pet guests. All pets must be approved before instant booking.

No pets over 30 pounds. No dangerous pet breed per our homeowner's

insurance and HOA. Please send a photo of your pet, breed, size, and

age for consideration. If you Instant Book before your pet is approved,

you will be responsible to cancel within 2 hours. If you do not cancel

within 2 hours a $100 fee will be imposed for blocking our calendar due

if a guest Instant Books without dog approval.

We

do not host guests who have had negative reviews with Airbnb in the

past. If you have a negative review, in regard to cleaning or damages

from a past stay, you will be responsible to cancel your reservation

immediately.

A

$500 fee will be charged for any pet that is not approved and found in

the property. No pets on the furniture, please. No cats, please. Guest

must clean up after the pet. No excess hair and sand are to be left on

property.

No smoking or vaping. $500 fine for smoking/ vaping.

$500

fee and eviction from property for any unauthorized parties or guests.

Names and ages of all guests must be provided at the time of booking.

If

you violate our rental rules, or leave the property in a dirty or

damaged state you will be responsible for any fees occurred to clean,

repair the property. The cleaning fee is for sanitation and linens only.

You

are required to contact us, upon check in with any issues that you feel

need our attention such as cleaning concerns, or issues that need

repair. If you do not contact us, upon arrival, or contact Airbnb

directly, after arrival stating the property was not clean without

allowing us the chance to help, you will be in violation of the rental

agreement and forfeit your right to leave a review.

Our rules/ Rental agreement is executed when a guest Instant Books or books after receiving approval.

The guest is required to immediately vacate the property if they violate any rules.


We

will not address concerns for cleaning or condition/ maintenance issues

after departure of several days into your stay. We will not provide any

rental or cleaning refunds when a guest does not report issues during

their stay or to us directly.
We are

always happy to fix any issue that may arise, but we must be contacted

immediately to help with any concern. We cannot issue credit for

problems that were not disclosed until after your stay. We are always

happy to address any issue for our guests. If you do not contact us

about any issues we can reasonably resolve, you agree to remove the

review if the issue was not reported to us during the stay.
Please

review our listing and rental agreement in detail before booking. If

you have any questions about approval, please message us so we can make

sure our home is the best fit for your needs.

Our beach home is set up to primarily host families.
We do accept reservations for special occasions if they are approved before booking.

Cleaning

violations will result in a minimum of a $300 fee for any cleaning that

is out of the normal standard. You are paying for sanitation and linens

fee. Please be respectful of the home. Please remove trash and food

upon departure.

We provide bed/ bath linens for your stay. These items are included in the sanitation/ cleaning fee.

We provide start up amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soaps, cleaning * products.

WE DO NOT SUPPLY UNLIMITED PAPER PRODUCTS LIKE TOILET PAPER AND PAPER TOWELS.

Guests do need to purchase the items they will need to accommodate their party throughout their entire stay.

The

host reserves the right to have Airbnb cancel any guests that had a

review showing they previously caused damage to another hosts property.

If a guest books against the house rules, the guest will be required to cancel.

Golf Cart Contract/ Rules
Contact

Manager for rates and deposit details. By booking and paying for the

Golf Cart rental you agree to the terms listed below for the rental of

the Golf Cart from Don't Worry Be Happy LLC. Payment for the Golf Cart/

Credit Cart Deposit Hold is collected by a 3rd party service. Charges

may also be collected by Airbnb.

• I agree to return the golf cart to the rental location provided by me at time of reservation at the completion
of the rental term and in as good condition as I received, excluding normal wear and tear.
• I agree to operate the golf cart safely and responsibly, and I will preserve and protect the golf cart from loss
or damage to the cart itself, my person and property, as well as the persons and property of others.
• I agree and understand failure to comply with the terms of this agreement will result in a forfeiture of my
deposit.
• I agree to be legally and financially liable for all costs of repairs to the golf cart and for the loss, damage
and/or injuries to my person and property and the persons and property of others, regardless of fault.
• I agree to reimburse Don’t Worry Beach Happy, LLC for any uncovered costs, including but not limited to,
deductibles and any uninsured losses.
• I agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Don’t Worry Beach Happy, LLC for all damages and claim of
any nature whatsoever that arise from the use of said golf cart during the rental term, including but not limited
to, claims for damages to the golf cart, my person and property and the persons and property of others.
• I agree to become familiar with the use and operation of said golf cart and to read the attached “GOLF CART
INFORMATION SHEET” and any other instructions provided to me by Don’t Worry Beach Happy, LLC. I agree that
I will operate the golf cart in accordance with said instructions.
• I agree to contact Don’t Worry Beach Happy, LLC if I have any questions or concerns about operating the golf
cart or if my guest(s) or I have caused any damage to the golf cart or others.
• I agree to examine and inspect the safety and mechanical condition of the golf cart, immediately reporting
any problems or concerns prior to the operation of same.
• I understand that a golf cart is subject to the same laws and regulations pertaining to motor vehicles and
therefore agree that the golf cart will be operated in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, including
but not limited to the requirement that persons operating the golf cart must not be under the influence of
alcohol and/or illegal substances.
• I agree that I personally, will be responsible for all moving and/or parking violations issued to the golf cart
while it is in my possession, under my control or at any time during the rental term.
• I agree that I will not operate the golf cart in the surf or allow salt water to come in contact with the
mechanical or electrical components.
• I agree that Texas law prohibits me from driving the golf cart on major interstates and highways and that
Don’t Worry Beach Happy, LLC prohibits me from driving the golf cart off of Jamaica Beach.
• I agree that only persons aged 18 and over, who possess a valid state issued driver’s license and insurance as
required by law, shall be permitted to operate the golf cart.
• I agree the privilege of using the golf cart can be revoked without notice by Don’t Worry Beach Happy, LLC,
in their sole discretion, for any violation of this agreement. I further agree that I shall not be entitled to any
rental fee refund for such revocation of privilege.
• I acknowledge that if the golf cart should become inoperable through no fault of mine, Don’t Worry Beach
Happy, LLC will take reasonable steps to have the golf cart repaired or replaced. In the event the golf cart cannot
be repaired or replaced, a refund will be issued for the unused term of the rental agreement.

GOLF CART INFORMATION SHEET

• GOLF CART DEPOSIT
o A $250 credit card deposit will be placed on hold and refunded within 3 days of departure if
there are no damages to the golf cart

• GOLF CART KEY
o You will be provided with one (1) key for your rented golf cart. The key must be removed from
the golf cart anytime it is left unattended
o Loss or theft of the golf cart key will result in a replacement fee charge of $500
• DRIVER’S LICENSE
o The driver of a golf cart must have a valid driver's license
o A learner's permit is acceptable if accompanied by an adult
• SPEED LIMIT
o Golf carts can only be driven on roads with a speed limit of 35 miles per hour or less
o Safety equipment
o No standing while driving
o Children under 8 years old must be seated in a safety belt
o No one can ride in the lap of the driver or another occupant
o All occupants must be seated at all times
o Keep all body parts in the vehicle and wear seat belts
o Carry no more than the designated number of passengers (or the total number of seats).
o Golf Carts can tip quite easily, so take turns, inclines and declines slowly.
o Avoid distractions, such as using your phone while driving.
• OTHER RESTRICTIONS
A motorized cart must follow all traffic laws.
Look out for pedestrians
Golf carts cannot be driven on sidewalks, trails, or other pedestrian areas
Golf carts cannot be driven more than two miles from where they are usually parked to
get to a golf course
Golf carts cannot be driven at night
Golf carts cannot pull trailers, boats, or other objects
